A little different, since this one focuses on a larger area. I’m guessing someone’s going to get this pretty quickly, though. This has to do more with current events than with “change.” City, state (if applicable), and country please… as well as what’s going on there.

Might be too easy, but here’s a new one for you. Give me the location name plus city, state (if applicable), country, and recent change-related significance.
P.S. I’m installing a new “recent discussions” widget, so the guesses made in the comments should be filtered out. We’ll see, won’t we?
[Update: Dominated by Joel.]
Taylor will actually be in D.C. this weekend ahead of a conference he’s attending in town next week (he’ll be blogging his experience — stay tuned for details). We’re headed to some baseball games tonight and tomorrow, so posting will be light (if at all existent) this weekend. In addition to a potential “questioning things” post this afternoon (but don’t get your hopes up), I wanted to give you a new challenge to chew on.
I’ve got three zoom levels for you. Please note that the final image is slightly tilted and not oriented to the north. The orange redactions on all three images hide the name of the imagery provider, which would have given the answer away pretty easily.
This particular site has not specifically been in the news recently, but the larger idea/program has been. Nonetheless, I’m looking for the name of this location, along with city, state (if applicable), and country. Might have to fire up Google Earth for this one, folks.
[Update: Courtyard Pwned by Marriott.]
Here’s a new challenge for you. Name the place, city, and country!
(Note: just a cool building, not in the news or change-related… that I know of…)
[Update: Jeff's got it.]
Sorry about the last challenge, I definitely dropped the ball there. Rest assured that I’ve thoroughly researched this one.
You know the drill: name, city, country, and relevence. Have at it, and happy Saturday.
[Update (4/7/08): Hints after the jump.]
[Update 2: Solved.]
