The theme is usually something related to change OR something that's recently been in the news. The change or news event doesn't <i>necessarily</i> have to have taken place at the specific location, but it will be directly related to it somehow. This one is more a news-related than a change-related challenge. I'll have some hints up sometime soon. Not a bad guess, Brika, but unfortunately that’s not it.
