		<description>Not a bad guess, Brika, but unfortunately that&#039;s not it.  The theme is usually something related to change OR something that&#039;s recently been in the news.  The change or news event doesn&#039;t &lt;i&gt;necessarily&lt;/i&gt; have to have taken place at the specific location, but it will be directly related to it somehow.

This one is more a news-related than a change-related challenge.  I&#039;ll have some hints up sometime soon.</description>
