Alright, Satellite Challengees, chew on this! I’ve got three different zoom levels for you. Name the location, city, country, and why it’s related to change. Go!
[Update: Hints after the jump.]
[Update 2: Taylor wins, though there are some issues. See the comments]
Hints
-
The specific location itself is not really famous, noteworthy, or of historical or “change” significance. This is probably the first time you’ll have ever seen it. Rather, the building is important because of its association with a specific person who has been in the news lately, and that person is tied to certain change events.
-
It is not located neither in Europe nor North America. [Updated, sorry about that extra negative, thanks Ashish]

Is it Bethpage? Am I even close?
No, sorry Tracy!
[insert slow clap here] hints. hints. hints. hints. hints.
Granted.
Does this have to do with Mugabe?
Yes, yes it does. That’s close enough, because while I thought the building above was his residence, further research indicates that this may merely be a random ginormous mansion in Harare, Zimbabwe. Google Earth played a trick on me and put a little Wikipedia article link over this mansion, but a search on Google images reveals an entirely different house and location.
Note to self: do more research before posting Satellite Challenges. Sorry folks!
So…We’re really trying to think of a person and not a place? And we have to battle through a double negative that may or may not be intended to throw us off the scent?
Ashish: Yikes, yeah, I totally fumbled this whole thing. Not only can I not give a good challenge, I can’t even give gramatically correct hints.
Rest assured that #12 will be in the tradition of challenges gone by.
